As the name suggests, this chart isn’t messing around. A “lowdown” groove with plenty of swagger, this tune is just daring someone to get up in its way and find out the resulting consequences. Lots of unison horn lines and a moderate tempo help your group stay confident (dare we say TOO confident?) and “in the pocket.” Great for those moments on a program when you need to just spill over with barely-restrained bravado!
